at point another Richo support sugested to check the Firmware that is (Specical Custom Firmware) for Mac OS X 10.8.3 here OS X 10.8 and I haven't perform this task due to the fact I'm not familiar after installation. Oh, apparently, something got changed in 's SFTP rather than FTP. Path name (eg, Users/RICOH, port number (use 21-> Auth info->"Next"-specify other Auth Info-> Change->punch in OS X user name and password (apple/prefs/accounts/username and password-> open "Folder" tab, click on connection test and confirm normal operations, then OK, exit, set originals on Ricoh, press scanner key on device, open "Folder" tab and specify user folder.
